As we mentioned before, we have fantastic friends. Among those fantastic friends is our very good friend April. April lives in Arizona and has recently moved into her lovely new condo. We spent all of last night talking to her about her move in last week, the week long painting project, and her long-term goals for the unit.
This morning, she headed off to work, and we got up slowly. We had an easy day planned...doing a quick load of laundry, updating the blog, changing our Facebook status, picking up a housewarming gift for April...you know...easy. Right? WRONG!

An emergency phone call from April notified us that the washer overflowed (on the second floor) and flooded the entire house. ENTIRE HOUSE!!!
Poor April. Her brand-new painted walls...dripping down to the floor. Laptop...fried. Kitchen...obliterated. Everything was soaked...upstairs, downstairs, garage.
